Unifi is seeking a supervisor to lead a team of customer service agents handling arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage, and reservations. You will guide interactions with passengers, including unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and accessibility needs, ensuring smooth operations and policy adherence.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and a welcoming experience for all travelers, with full-time hours and benefits.

Competenze

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Credentials required by airport/state/customs regulations.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with arrival and check-in, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Operate a computerized ticketing/check-in system and handle boarding, baggage, reservations, and related inquiries.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Unifi policies and applicable laws.
