Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• 3+ years in plumbing leadership or management.
• Experience with service management software (ServiceTitan preferred).
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop plumbing technicians.
• Drive department performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve growth goals.
• Partner with dispatch, sales, installation, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and team meetings.
