Champions Group is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead a nationwide team of plumbing and drain technicians. You will balance hands-on leadership with strategic oversight of scheduling, safety, quality, and customer experience.

As a growth-focused leader, you will recruit, onboard, and develop talent, track KPIs, and collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in residential plumbing or home services.
• Experience in service operations, scheduling, and customer experience.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop plumbing and drain service technicians and support team members.
• Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatch, productivity, quality, and customer experience.
• Establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable to safety, service, and performance standards.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Support technicians with coaching, technical guidance, ride-alongs, training, and performance development.
• Help recruit, onboard, and retain talented plumbing professionals.
• Ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with codes and company standards.
• Partner with leadership to improve processes and create a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Plumbing & Drain business and strengthen team performance.
