Johnny On The Spot Plumbing - Heating - Air is actively seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to own and grow the residential service team in a hands-on leadership role. You will lead plumbing technicians, drive performance via coaching, and monitor KPIs to maximize results while using Service Titan daily for dispatch and costing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a residential plumbing leadership or service manager role, excellent communication, and a deep grasp of plumbing codes and customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a residential Plumbing leadership or Service manager role.
• Strong proficiency in Service Titan.
• Proven success with call-by-call coaching and team accountability.
• Deep understanding of Plumbing service, local code, and customer experience.
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing business best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of residential PLUMBING service technicians.
• Drive performance using call-by-call management and real-time coaching.
• Maximize results by monitoring key Plumbing KPIs.
• Use Service Titan daily for dispatching, job costing, reporting, and technician performance tracking.
• Conduct technician ride-alongs, one on ones, weekly meetings, and sales training.
• Ensure top-level customer service and job quality.
