Job summary

Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator who blends technical plumbing knowledge with consultative selling to generate new business and close deals.

You will evaluate jobs on-site, prepare detailed estimates, present options, and build lasting customer relationships with homeowners, property managers, and contractors. Strong communication and field presence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in plumbing industry sales or estimating.
• Experience building customer relationships and closing jobs.
• Ability to read plans and scope plumbing work.
• Comfort with CRM and estimating tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and manage pipeline.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors.
• Represent company at events and trade shows.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
