Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator to drive new business, build lasting relationships, and convert opportunities into signed work. The role blends plumbing knowledge with consultative selling, evaluating jobs on-site and presenting clear options to customers.

The ideal candidate will perform on-site assessments, prepare detailed estimates, and coordinate with service teams to ensure accurate scoping and execution, while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in plumbing industry with sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs and explain technical work clearly.
• Experience using CRM systems and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site evaluations for residential and light commercial plumbing projects.
• Prepare detailed estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and permits.
• Present options (good/better/best) to customers and close the sale.
• Coordinate scope and schedule with service manager and technicians.
• Track win/loss results and adjust pricing based on market feedback.
