Qualifications

• 3+ years in plumbing sales, estimating, or related roles.
• Experience presenting options and closing sales with customers.
• Ability to read plans and price plumbing jobs accurately.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with CRM, estimating tools, tablets, and standard office apps.

Responsibilities
