Job summary

Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator who will be the face of our plumbing business in the field, generating new business and turning opportunities into signed work through accurate estimates and proposals. You will perform on-site evaluations, present options to customers, and close the sale while applying plumbing knowledge and consultative selling.

Build lasting relationships with homeowners, property managers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years plumbing industry experience in field, service, or sales.
• Sales, estimating, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs and explain work clearly.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license; able to pass background and drug screening.
• Plumbing license or journeyman card a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, and contractors.
• Perform on-site evaluations of residential and light commercial plumbing projects.
• Prepare accurate estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and permits.
• Present options (good/better/best) and close the sale.
• Coordinate with service manager and field staff to confirm scope and schedule.
