Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator to drive new business and deliver accurate, competitive estimates for residential and light commercial projects. You will assess sites, present options, and work with technicians to finalize scope after the sale.

The role blends technical plumbing knowledge with consultative selling, requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to close deals with homeowners and property managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing industry experience (field, service, or sales).
• Proven success in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs and explain technical work in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and build relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, and contractors.
• Prepare accurate estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and permits.
• Present options (good/better/best) and close sales.
• Maintain sales pipeline and meet targets.
• Document interactions and sales activity in the CRM/field system.
