Happy Home is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator to lead on-site evaluations, prepare detailed estimates, and turn opportunities into signed work. You will blend technical plumbing knowledge with consultative selling to build lasting customer relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients.

You will present options, close deals, and maintain a strong sales pipeline while coordinating with technicians after the sale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing industry experience (field, service, or sales) required.
• Proven success in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs, read plans when needed.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license; background check and drug screening.
• Plumbing license or journeyman card a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and leads.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, and contractors to drive repeat/referral business.
• Represent the company at trade events, home shows, and community functions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Follow up on proposals and past customers to maximize close rates.
• Perform on-site evaluations of residential and light commercial projects.
• Prepare accurate estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and permits.
• Present good/better/best options to fit customer needs and budget.
• Coordinate with service manager and field technicians post-sale.
• Track win/loss results and adjust pricing based on feedback.
• Document interactions and sales activity in CRM.
