Chesapeake Home Services is seeking a General Manager to lead operations across sales, installation, and office teams. You will drive revenue, manage profitability, and own the company’s strategic plan with accountability for performance and growth.

The role requires leadership experience, financial acumen, and knowledge of the plumbing and HVAC service sector. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and the position offers substantial opportunity in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple teams or functions
• 5+ years of direct P&L experience
• Strong understanding of financial statements, margins, revenue, labor and profitability
• Proven experience developing teams and holding leaders accountable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance
• Directly manage Sales, Installation, and Office teams
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain strong personnel
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining net margins
• Manage the company’s P&L and balance sheet
• Translate goals into clear priorities and measurable results
• Develop and execute the strategic plan
• Create accountability across departments and ensure follow-through
• Develop and maintain annual marketing plan and budget
• Ensure training in technical knowledge, customer relations, and SOPs
• Lead daily huddles and regular one-on-one meetings
• Align workload with productivity and profitability
• Monitor customer satisfaction and market opportunities
