Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee sales, operations, and profitability across its residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. The role emphasizes financial targets, customer satisfaction, and organizational leadership with autonomy and strong support.

The General Manager will drive strategic plans, lead multi-layer management, and foster a positive culture while expanding offerings and improving efficiency. Exempt position based in Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience leading diverse teams and departments.
• Proven ability to manage Profit and Loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Experience in B2C sales within home services with revenue growth responsibility.
• Experience overseeing daily operations, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and quality control.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
