Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• 10+ years of leadership experience
• Full P&L accountability
• Experience building high-performance cultures
• 5+ years in residential home service trades
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Maintain full P&L accountability for all operations.
• Develop and execute business plans across HVAC, Plumbing, Sewer, and Electrical ops.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and KPI goals through ops discipline.
• Drive productivity, service performance, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, and marketing.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders and field teams.
• Promote a culture of accountability and growth.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and same-day service promise.
• Oversee dispatching, fleet, facilities, and logistics.
• Report on business performance in regional reviews.
