Job summary

Bee's Plumbing and Heating is seeking a Dispatcher for the Plumbing department to act as the central hub between customers, field technicians and operations. You will schedule service calls and coordinate resources to keep homes serviced promptly.

The role requires dispatching experience (2+ years) and strong communication skills; familiarity with Service Titan and call center software is a plus. Open availability and a customer-centric mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience. Call center experience is highly preferred.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests by efficiently scheduling and dispatching to field technicians.
• Serve as the main point of contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
