Job summary

Bee’s Plumbing and Heating in West Seattle is seeking a Dispatcher for the Plumbing department to coordinate service calls, dispatch field technicians, and serve as the central communication hub between customers and teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of dispatching experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Service Titan familiarity is a plus, and the role offers health benefits and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• Call center experience is highly preferred.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industry exposure is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications; familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating Service Requests: schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians.
• Communication Point: act as the main contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Problem-solving: address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and Adjust Schedules: monitor schedules closely and make real-time adjustments.
• Record-Keeping: maintain accurate records of service requests and incidents via Service Titan.
• Emergency Response: coordinate emergency response efforts when necessary.
• Resource Allocation: ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet demand.
• Collaboration: work with other departments to streamline processes.
