Bee's Plumbing and Heating is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate service requests, dispatch field technicians, and act as the main communication hub for customers and teams. The role requires strong multitasking and excellent communication in a fast-paced home services environment.

Open scheduling, West Seattle office, and a focus on efficiency, emergency responses, and cross-department collaboration ensure top-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• HVAC/plumbing/electrical or similar service-industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests and dispatch to field technicians.
• Serve as main point of contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor schedules and make real-time adjustments to optimize operations.
• Maintain records of service requests and incidents via Service Titan.
• Coordinate emergency response when necessary.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.
