Job summary

Bee's Plumbing and Heating is seeking a Dispatcher for the Plumbing department to act as the central hub between customers, field technicians, and operations. The role emphasizes efficient scheduling, clear communication, and rapid problem-solving to keep service calls moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of dispatch experience, familiarity with Service Titan, and a strong customer-first mindset to thrive in a fast-paced setting in West Seattle and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience. Call center experience is highly preferred.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software. Service Titan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests by scheduling and dispatching calls.
• Serve as main contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor schedules and adjust in real time to optimize operations.
• Maintain records of service requests and incidents in Service Titan.
• Coordinate emergency response when needed.
• Allocate resources to meet operational demands.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.
