Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch plumbing service calls.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments and arrival times.
• Coordinate daily schedules with plumbers and management.
• Monitor technicians throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed.
• Enter accurate customer and job information into our system.
• Follow up on open calls, estimates, collections and scheduling needs.
• Help ensure customers receive prompt, professional service.
• Work closely with our customer service and management teams.
