Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking a motivated Dispatcher to join our service team in the Texas area. No prior dispatch experience required; we provide training and coaching to become a proficient dispatcher handling home service calls and coordinating technicians.

You will interact with homeowners, service professionals, and management daily, using our digital tools to schedule, track, and optimize visits. This role offers growth through leadership training and a clear career path in the plumbing

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required or preferred.
• Must be computer literate and able to use software systems.
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with managers and service professionals to coordinate timely dispatch.
• Adapt to a dynamic environment and shifting priorities.
• Follow the established process from customer contact to payment processing.
• Train initially with a senior dispatcher to gain knowledge and skills.
