Job summary

John the Plumber Inc. in Pompano Beach is seeking a friendly, dependable Dispatcher to join our growing team. You will schedule and dispatch plumbing service calls, communicate with customers, and coordinate daily with our plumbers and management.

No prior dispatching or plumbing experience is required—we will train the right person with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. This full-time, weekday role offers health insurance, a 401k match, supplemental insurance, paid holidays

Plumbing Dispatcher

John the Plumber Inc. is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Dispatcher to join our growing team!

We are a family-owned plumbing company that has proudly served Broward and Palm Beach Counties since 1979. Our dispatchers play an important role in keeping the day running smoothly by helping customers, supporting our plumbers, and making sure every call is handled with care.

This is a full-time, weekday position, and previous dispatching or plumbing experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and dispatch plumbing service calls
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments and arrival times
• Coordinate daily schedules with plumbers and management
• Monitor technicians throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed

• Follow up on open calls, estimates, collections and scheduling needs

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
• Location: Pompano Beach
• Pay: Starting at $19
