Job summary

Bee's Plumbing and Heating in West Seattle seeks a Dispatcher for the Plumbing department to act as the central communication hub between customers, field technicians, and the operations team. You will coordinate service requests, monitor schedules, and help ensure timely service.

We require 2+ years dispatching experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Open availability is needed for Mon-Fri and weekends, and familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• Call center experience is highly preferred.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests: schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians.
• Act as the main point of contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor schedules closely and make real-time adjustments to optimize operations.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and incidents via Service Titan.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts when necessary.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational demands.
• Work with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
