Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or related service experience a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests by scheduling calls to field technicians.
• Act as main contact for field teams, customers, and management.
