Raptor Rooter & Plumbing is hiring a full-time Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team in Spokane Valley, WA. This customer service job pays $17 - $22/hour, based on your experience. This is a Monday through Friday job. Some weekend availability may be needed at times. Some of the service jobs we take on involve leaking pipes, sump pump repairs, sump pump installations, water heaters, frozen pipes, sewage backups, and more. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Plumbing Dispatcher, you will come into the office ready to help both customers and our plumbing technicians. You will answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians to customers' homes. You will let customers know when to expect someone and update them if there are any delays. You will work ahead to plan out the schedules, making sure our technicians' time is used wisely and that all job permits are ready. You will also pass along important information between the office, field crews, and supervisors.

Here’s What You Need To Become Our Plumbing Dispatcher

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of dispatch experience for a contractor or home improvement company

Supervisory, customer service, and dispatch experience are preferred but not required.
