Job summary

DocuSign seeks a Lead Product Manager to spearhead our Product-Led Growth onboarding and adoption strategy. You will own the critical first-mile experience for millions of users, designing activation loops, driving feature adoption, and accelerating Time-to-Value through AI-driven personalization.

You will operate across UX, engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams, removing friction, testing bold hypotheses, and owning outcomes over outputs in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 12+ years in PM for SaaS.
• Proven experience driving activation, onboarding and engagement metrics.
• Experience using AI tools to personalize user journeys and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a PLG roadmap focused on rapid activation.
• Uncover friction and build scalable product-led mechanisms.
• Deploy AI capabilities to create personalized growth experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science and GTM teams.
• Plan and analyze rapid A/B tests to optimize funnels.
• Own metrics: Time-to-Value, Activation Rate, Retention, Adoption Depth
