Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in Buckeye, AZ, seeks a PLC Controls Engineer for on-site day shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) to support a high-speed beverage facility in nearby Glendale. You will provide Tier 1–2 troubleshooting, PLC/HMI programming, and lead controls projects to boost safety, quality and throughput.

You will mentor maintenance staff, maintain documentation and backups, and participate in change control.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in industrial automation or controls in manufacturing.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming capabilities.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-shift controls expert with Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting.
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and network issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead controls projects to improve safety, quality and throughput.
• Mentor maintenance technicians and operators in controls practices.
