Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks a Plaza Director to oversee daily operations and long-term profitability of high-volume travel plazas. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining brand standards and high food quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in multi-unit or big-box leadership
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations and profitability
• Experience driving sales, speed of service and customer satisfaction
• Familiar with brand standards and food quality & safety

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of associates and plaza leadership to meet targets for sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction and brand standards.
• Analyze progress toward financial goals and implement strategic changes to maximize performance.
• Ensure all food/beverage concepts comply with brand standards and quality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong teams; coach leadership; ensure staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance with policies, local/state/federal laws; handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
