Applegreen USA operates over 80 travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest, and is seeking a Plaza Director to manage a multi-million-dollar location along a major highway. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure fast, friendly service and strive for profitability and growth.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-unit leadership, strong cost control, and adherence to brand standards while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in multi-unit or big-box leadership.
• Experience leading a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cost control and food/beverage standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and plaza leadership to meet sales and service targets.
• Monitor progress toward financial goals and implement changes to maximize performance.
• Ensure each food/beverage concept adheres to brand standards and quality.
• Develop a culture of learning, accountability, and staffing of the plaza.
• Hire, coach, train, promote, and manage plaza leadership and staff.
