Applegreen is seeking a Plaza Director to oversee day-to-day operations and long-term profitability of a multi-million-dollar travel plaza along a major highway. Lead a dedicated team to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining brand standards and food quality.

The role requires strong leadership across multi-unit operations, recruiting and developing staff, ensuring compliance and cost controls, and collaborating with partners to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Experience with payroll and timekeeping software.
• Strong inventory management and cost-control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and plaza leadership to hit sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety.
• Monitor progress toward financial and performance targets and implement strategic changes to maximize profitability.
• Ensure all food/beverage concepts meet brand standards and maintain a culture of learning and accountability.
• Oversee recruiting, development, and retention of plaza leadership and staff.
