MISTEQUA CASINO HOTEL is seeking a reliable Players Club Representative to promote the Players Club benefits and sign-up new members. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager and maintain a positive, guest-focused approach across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires arriving with a professional demeanor, strong guest service skills, and the ability to handle data entry and club-related documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently and use good judgment.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to communicate effectively with co-workers and guests.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to work within a team.
• Must have intermediate computer knowledge for data entry.
• Must be able to operate printers, multi-line telephone and in-house microphone.

• Promote the Players Club and sign-ups.
• Work with Players Club Supervisor to meet promo goals.
• Maintain professional attitude with guests and team.
• Learn and follow Internal Controls and policies.
• Adhere to SMILE service standards.
• Maintain database knowledge and data entry accuracy.
• Announce marketing events per schedule.
• Assist with special projects.
• Keep workstation clean and stocked with promo items.
• Support security and floor control as needed.
• Attend departmental meetings.
• Work shifts, holidays, weekends, and special events.
