Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and promote loyalty to the Player’s Club.
• Greet guests professionally and offer assistance with slot machines and promotions.
• Explain benefits of the Players Club and answer guest questions.
• Enroll patrons into the Players Club and enter data per guidelines.
• Promote casino promotions and events to guests and educate on club benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of all club promotions, signage, and materials.
• Assist in maintaining Club area cleanliness and inventory of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and confidentiality of information.
