Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Resort is seeking a friendly Guest Club Associate to promote the Players Club and educate guests on its benefits. You will greet guests, enroll new members, explain promos, and assist with point redemptions while ensuring a positive, courteous experience.

The role requires strong communication, reliable attendance, and the ability to handle promotions and customer inquiries on the casino floor, with bilingual abilities being a plus. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 6 months of customer service experience desired.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Asian languages is a plus.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and promote the Players Club loyalty.
• Greet guests, explain benefits, and enroll patrons into the Players Club.
• Redeem points, advise on promotions, and maintain accurate guest data.
• Assist with promotional events, communications, and kiosk operations.
