Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bilingual ability is a plus.
• Six months of one-on-one customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 or older and able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, and obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive guest experience by educating guests on the Players Club benefits.
• Greet guests promptly and professionally; explain and promote the Players Club program.
