Century Casinos Inc. is seeking a Players Club Clerk to provide exceptional service to guests inside the casino and manage player cards and perks.

The role involves answering calls, communicating Marketing policies, and supporting the Players Club program with accurate information and timely duties. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Prefer a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
• Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Level 2 Missouri Gaming License.
• Must complete all required company training.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior guest service and ensures courteous interactions with guests and employees.
• Follow cashiering policies for the operation of the retail shop.
• Issues player cards for new and existing accounts and handles benefits and marketing perks.
• Evaluates customer play for comping needs.
• Provides customers with marketing and casino information and answers related questions.
• Prompt handling of all incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Completes duties, paperwork and reports on time.
• Monitors policies and procedures to maintain guest service standards and support promotions and Players Club perks.
• Provides feedback to management regarding VIP players.
• May work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Performs other assigned duties.
