Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and one to two years related experience in high volume cash operations.
• Proficient in using the Ten Key Adding Machine; Excel and Word required.
• Virginia Racing Commission License is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the player services team in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide exceptional guest service and manage data entry for the Players Card database.
• Assist with department standards, staffing, budgeting, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and protect company assets.
• Resolve escalated customer service issues fairly and effectively.
