Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel and the Ten Key Adding Machine is required.
• Must maintain Virginia Racing Commission license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the player services team in accordance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guest service and manage data entry for Player Cards database information.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies and protect assets.
• Assist with audits, staffing, budgeting, and daily department operations.
• Perform Main Banker or Cashier/Teller duties as needed and mentor staff.
