Job summary

The Mint Gaming Hall in Kentucky is seeking a dedicated Service Ambassador to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the gaming floor. You will anticipate guest needs, build rapport, promote loyalty-card usage, handle currency exchanges, and ensure smooth terminal operation.

This role requires flexibility across day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Candidates must meet basic work-card requirements and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts (day, swing, late-night, weekend, holidays).
• Must obtain required work cards and non-gaming registration as required by local jurisdiction.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass all required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences across the shift.
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with guests.
• Monitor guests on the gaming floor and enhance guest experience.
• Promote membership benefits of the loyalty program and encourage card usage.
• Answer guest inquiries about the loyalty program and assist as needed.
• Encourage non-members to sign up for the loyalty card and reprint cards if needed.
• Assist in reprinting loyalty cards for guests who forgot theirs.
• Initiate and verify jackpot payouts.
• Perform currency exchanges and cash transactions with attention to detail.
• Provide basic terminal repairs and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Ensure terminal operation with minimal downtime and adhere to key control policies.
