Job summary

The Mint Gaming Hall Kentucky Downs is seeking friendly, guest-focused team members to provide BIG service to guests in a fast-paced casino dining environment. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, upsell products, and ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for every visitor.

Responsibilities include cash handling, delivering orders, restocking, maintaining dining areas, following safety procedures, and collaborating with teammates to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service is preferred.
• Cash handling accuracy and integrity.
• Comfort with upselling and product knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and obtain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Operates a cash register and receives payment from guests in cash, gift card or comp.
• Accurately counts and provides change to guests as required.
• Delivering guest orders and condiments to the guest.
• Bus and disinfect tables and maintain dining area.
• Sweep and maintain dining room floors.
• Adheres to cash handling and comp policies and procedures.
• Restocks supplies and merchandise as needed during shift.
• Upsell opportunities and influence guest decisions with product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety regulations.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisor promptly.
• Support team members and assist in guest interactions.
• Work in a fast-paced, flexible, high-volume environment.
• Provide BIG service to guests and anticipate needs calmly and professionally.
