Job summary

The Mint Gaming Hall in Kentucky is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee gaming floor operations and guest service excellence. You will coach team members, assist with recruiting and onboarding, and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance management, and delivering BIG Service to guests while promoting Mint Rewards and maintaining strong relationships with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior relevant experience required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must obtain Kentucky gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, coaching, support, and guidance to team members to ensure operational standards and guest service expectations are met.
• Assists with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and retaining gaming team members.
• Supports performance management efforts, including coaching and progressive discipline as appropriate.
• Monitors gaming floor operations and addresses operational concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Promotes the Mint Rewards Card program and assists with player card enrollment initiatives.
• Maintains a visible presence on the gaming floor, builds positive relationships with guests, resolves guest concerns, and ensures the delivery of exceptional guest service consistent with BIG Service standards.
