Cento, a national security services provider headquartered in Los Angeles, seeks a player-coach Head of Business Development. You will lead a small sales team from the Los Angeles HQ, while personally closing key B2B accounts and shaping the sales strategy for security officer services.

The role is based in the Los Angeles office, five days a week, with travel to trade shows and client meetings as needed. You will manage pricing, proposals and negotiations to grow multi-site, recurring-revenue

Formación

• Proven B2B sales experience in a services business.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and set targets for a team of 2–3 sales reps
• Win new B2B accounts personally while driving the team's pipeline
• Build and deliver the new business strategy for security officer services
• Manage proposals, pricing and contract negotiations with operations
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and client meetings
• Report pipeline, forecasts and results to the executive team
