Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in a supportive center setting. You will implement plans created by clinicians and report progress to families, bringing childcare skills into a clinical environment.

We offer paid RBT training, growth opportunities, and a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time staff, with a sign-on bonus included with offers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master's-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Apply skills from childcare, education, or caregiving in a clinical environment.
