Job summary

Soar Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children ages 2–6 with autism through play-based ABA therapy. You will work under master's-level clinicians, implementing individualized plans and tracking progress for families in a supportive clinical setting.

Requires a high school diploma and ability to obtain RBT certification within 6 weeks; experience with children is preferred. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits accompany this early-career role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving into a highly supported clinical environment.
