West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join the Platforms & Customer Strategy team within the TechEx Practice. You will work with clients to design platform-enabled customer experiences across marketing, sales, and service, leveraging Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and more.

You’ll build skills in customer strategy, journey design, data analysis, and technology configuration, translating business needs into actionable platform solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reside within 50 miles of the assigned office with a hybrid work model.
• Ability and willingness to travel Monday–Thursday up to 50%; travel expenses covered.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into workflows with strong critical thinking.

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions to improve customer experience and performance.
• Conduct customer, market, and data analysis to identify trends, pain points, and insights.
• Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and define outcomes.
• Support the development of customer strategies, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Participate in client workshops to design future-state processes and KPIs.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements.
• Perform configuration and development on Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and related tools.
