Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Customer Strategy & Platforms team within the TechEx Practice. You will work directly with clients across various industries, focusing on business process, operations, and technology platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and NetSuite to enhance their sales, marketing, customer service, eCommerce, order management, operations, and accounting functions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• GPA minimum 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Operations.
• Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into designs.
• Conduct market and data analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in configuring and implementing enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
• Create requirements, user stories, process maps, and user guides.
