Job summary

West Monroe seeks Consulting Interns to join Platforms & Customer Strategy within the TechEx Practice. You will work on strategy, process, and technology enablement for client teams across industries, helping transform marketing, sales, and service using Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with an expected graduation December 2027–August 2028.
• GPA 3.0 minimum.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to travel Monday–Thursday up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions to improve customer experience and performance across marketing, sales, commerce, and service functions.
• Conduct customer, market, operational, and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for strategic recommendations.
• Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and define desired business outcomes.
• Support the development of customer strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and transformation plans.
• Participate in client workshops to design future-state processes and KPIs.
