Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Customer Strategy & Platforms team within the TechEx Practice in San Francisco. You will work with clients across industries to design business processes and configure platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and NetSuite to improve sales, service, and operations.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in bachelor’s program with expected graduation Dec 2027–Aug 2028
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Reside within 50 miles of assigned SF office; hybrid work model
• Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows to boost productivity and insights

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Operations functions
• Partner with client stakeholders to gather requirements, document desired outcomes, and translate business needs into actionable solution designs
• Conduct market research, business analysis, and data analysis to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and support strategic recommendations
• Participate in strategy and process design workshops to define current and future state processes and KPIs
• Analyze, redesign, and document operational workflows to improve efficiency and user experience
• Assist in configuring, customizing, and implementing enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and NetSuite
• Support design and configuration of workflows, forms, automations, and basic scripting within platforms
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and client stakeholders throughout delivery
• Create business requirements, user stories, solution design docs, and process maps
• Perform system testing, debugging, QA, and UAT to ensure high-quality implementations
• Support deployment activities, post-implementation enhancements, and end-user adoption through training materials
