Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns for the Customer Strategy & Platforms team within the Technology and Experience Practice. You will work with clients across industries to optimize business processes and leverage platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and NetSuite.

You will gain hands-on experience in strategy development, process design, financial modeling, and technology configuration. Expect a hybrid work model and opportunities to contribute to real client projects while learning

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Official transcripts may be requested prior to start.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Residence within 50 miles of assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Willing to travel up to 50%; travel expenses covered by West Monroe.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into workflows with critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Operations functions.
• Gather requirements from client stakeholders and translate needs into actionable designs.
• Conduct market and data analysis to identify trends and support strategic recommendations.
• Participate in strategy and process design workshops to define current and future state processes and KPIs.
• Document workflows and assist in configuring enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Create business requirements, user stories, solution designs, and process maps.
• Perform testing, QA, and support end-user adoption through training materials.
