Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Customer Strategy & Platforms team within the TechEx Practice in the United States. You will work with clients across industries on business process, operations, and technology platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce and NetSuite to enhance sales, marketing, service, ecommerce, order management, and accounting functions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Official transcripts may be requested prior to start.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 and legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business and technology solutions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Operations.
• Gather requirements, document outcomes, and translate needs into designs.
• Conduct market and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in strategy and process design workshops to define current and future state processes.
• Analyze workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Assist in configuring and implementing enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
• Design workflows, forms, and basic automation, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Create BRDs, user stories, solution designs, maps, and guides.
• Perform testing, QA, and UAT to ensure high-quality implementations.
• Support deployments and post-implementation training for end users.
