Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, 7–10 years IT experience, 5+ years managing IT staff, strong communication, and a current DoD security clearance (Security+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in Information Technology.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT staff.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Security+ certification and current DoD clearance preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct IT-related activities across multiple domains including infrastructure, applications, networks, cloud services, and security.
• Ensure continuity of computer, network, and application services through leadership and project coordination.
• Align IT services with business processes and customer requirements while promoting best practices.
• Forecast costs and resources for IT projects and prepare budgets.
• Recommend and implement upgrades for IT assets and services.
