The role emphasizes governance, security, adoption, and scalable system solutions across regions. Responsibilities include configuring workflows, supporting testing and deployment, and providing Tier 2 escalation.

Qualifications

• Experience administering transaction platforms and related systems.
• Strong governance, security, and access control management.
• Proven ability to partner with operations to translate needs into system solutions.
• Experience with workflow automation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Administer Qualia platform and related systems.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Gate changes in platform configuration and exception handling.
• Maintain underwriter credentials and admin settings.
• Support transitions, enhancements, and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with escrow and title teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Provide Tier 2 escalation for complex workflow issues.
