Job summary

This onsite role in Bastrop, TX requires travel ~15% and a track record of implementing robust integrity controls in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations; or 12+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 6+ years querying data using SQL, plus Python, ArcGIS, or R.
• 6+ years investigating illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, etc.).
• 3+ years driving process or technology improvements for customer integrity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks proactively.
• Design and deploy solutions to priority risks with stakeholder collaboration.
• Represent the team in cross-functional groups and expert areas.
• Establish expertise in 2+ investigative techniques or abuse prevention strategies.
• Investigate scams, fraud, and illicit activities as they arise.
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations.
• Balance customer privacy with enforcement actions to avoid overreach.
